Inside Sales Representative — Wire Rope & Rigging

We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative with strong customer service skills and a willingness to learn the wire rope and rigging industry. This role supports walk-in customers, phone and email sales, quoting, order entry, and coordination with our fabrication/shop team. The ideal candidate is organized, motivated, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment that enjoys building relationships with customers.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in person, over the phone, and via email
• Prepare quotes and process sales orders
• Help customers identify proper wire rope, chain, rigging, and lifting products
• Coordinate with warehouse and fabrication teams to fulfill orders accurately
• Maintain strong customer relationships and provide follow-up support
• Support counter sales and general branch operations
• Learn product applications and industry safety standards
• Assist with inventory and vendor communication as needed

Qualifications

• Computer experience required
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

$27.00 - $30.00 per hour
Full time 
Monday - Friday
8AM - 4:30PM
