Front Counter Sales Associate – Industrial

About the Role:

As a Front Counter Sales Associate, you'll be the friendly face of our company, providing exceptional service to our valued customers. Your responsibilities will include greeting customers, assisting with product inquiries, processing transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized front counter area.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience in counter sales, customer service, or industrial supply preferred
Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory or POS systems
Strong communication skills and a helpful, customer-first attitude
Ability to lift up to 40–50 lbs as needed and stand for extended periods
Knowledge of tools, parts, or industrial hardware a big plus
Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check
